What we collect
When you sign in with LINE we receive your display name, profile picture and LINE user ID. With Google we receive your name, email and profile picture.
Information you provide: your condo answer (project, unit type, owner/renter), posts, photos, comments and quote request details.
We never ask for your unit, floor or building number, and photos are stripped of EXIF data (including GPS location) in your browser before upload.
Why we use it
To run your account, show ideas from the same unit type, route quote requests to approved contractors, and send notifications through our LINE Official Account.
Marketing messages are sent only with your separate consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Sharing with contractors
Contractors see your request details without your contact information. Contact details (LINE ID) are exchanged only after you accept a quote.
Retention
We keep account data while your account is active. When you delete your account, personal data is permanently erased within 30 days; your posts and comments are shown as "deleted user".
Your rights and deletion requests
You may access, correct, delete and object to processing of your data under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
Delete your account yourself in Settings, or contact us through our LINE Official Account.
