Get an invite link or apply
If the DooHong team sent you an invite link, open it and your business profile is approved immediately. Otherwise apply on the "Become a pro" page and wait for a quick review.

Sign in with LINE or Google
Enter your business name, services, website and LINE ID (the LINE ID is never shown publicly).

Publish finished jobs
Choose the building and unit type, upload 5-10 photos you took yourself, and add the final price and the month the job was finished. Many jobs at once? Upload a CSV with up to 100 rows.

We check your first 3 jobs
Your first three jobs are reviewed by the team before they go live. After that, new jobs publish immediately.
What we ask of every business
- Only use photos and details your business owns and allows DooHong to show with credit to your business name.
- No customer names, faces or unit numbers in photos or text.
- The price you publish must be the final price the customer actually paid.
- You can ask us to remove any job at any time.
Frequently asked questions
Does it cost anything to list work on DooHong?
No. There is no signup fee and no commission today, for listing work or for receiving quote requests. If that changes, you will be told in advance.
Are my contact details public?
No. Building pages show your business name, website link and credited photos. Your LINE ID and phone number are never public; a customer sees them only after accepting your quote.
How do quote requests reach me?
When someone requests a quote in a building where you have published work, the request is sent to you first through in-site notifications and LINE. You reply with a price range and timeline, and the customer can compare up to 3 quotes.
Do I need a registered company?
Not to start listing work. If you have a company registration number you can add it on the application form; only the team can see it.
How long until my work appears?
With an invite link you can start immediately. Your first three jobs are reviewed by the team before publishing, usually within a few days. After that, jobs publish right away.
Can I add many jobs at once?
Yes. Download the CSV template from the pro dashboard, fill in building, unit type, service, final price and month finished, and upload up to 100 rows. They are created as drafts so you can add photos and publish.
How do I remove or edit a job?
Edit or delete your own jobs any time from your dashboard, or message the DooHong LINE Official Account @765eaakv.
